I'm so glad you're here

I'm Jayla, a Bowling Green, KY photographer who truly adores being behind the camera.

My approach is rooted in connection, ease, and intentional guidance so you can relax without having to feel awkward or stiff. My focus is on memory making so that your images feel just as meaningful years from now as they do today!

My dad is one of my biggest inspirations: he's a lover of history and a  meticulous record-keeper. I feel like I've inherited a love of collecting and recording from him. My whole life, he's been remembering to take the photos, jot down notes about our family events, and keep lists of everything. Because of this, something about being behind the camera, preserving memories of my clients feels like home, allowing me to document weddings and portraits in a natural, candid way that feels authentic and timeless.

Every job I've ever had has been the result of God presenting an opportunity in front of me that I've just had the joy of saying "Yes" to, and photography has been no different. This job and every client I've had has been a huge blessing and I give God all the glory.
